Gyuzo Japanese BBQ is the latest restaurant to open at Palisades Center in West Nyack.

They bring a “taste of traditional Japanese barbecue with a modern twist” to Rockland.

This is their second location, the first is in Rockville, MD.

Guests can immerse themselves in the art of yakiniku — where they become the chefs – grilling premium meats right at their table.

The menu (View Menu) offers various options including rice, noodles and meat cuts – beef (including short rib, top sirloin, premium ribeye, and filet), pork and poultry (including duck).

This includes hand-cut Japanese A5 Wagyu, which is “highlighted by the exquisite sweetness of the marbling fat content”.

Theres also appetizers, salads, and desserts plus a full bar.

It’s currently open seven days a week on Level Four.
