101 Chicken Soft Opening this Weekend in Fort Lee

Korean restaurant 101 Chicken is finally opening in Fort Lee.

It’s replacing U Like, which was located at the Washington Bridge Plaza shopping center.

Guests here will be able to taste their “award-winning” fried chicken.

The business partners with robotic technology in the kitchen and uses a “smart” robotic cooking arm, “101 Robo ○ Pal”, to produce its food (“Pal” here has a double meaning—in English, your cool robot buddy in the kitchen and, in Korean, arm).

Their menu (View Menu) includes chicken in a variety of flavors/sauces along with chicken sandwiches, shrimp, ddukbokki, sides and more.

According to their social media, they are soft opening this weekend with hours from Friday thru Sunday.
