The Hudson Rose is coming soon to Nutley.
It’s from Bruce Fischer and Brian Neiman — owners of Pop’s Corner (Point Pleasant Beach), which opened this past July.
The overall concept is “modern/elevated American”, with ownership taking inspiration from some of their favorite NYC restaurants.
The culinary focus is “New American” with some “influence from Italian and Asian flavors”.
Plans are currently in place to open sometime in late May or early June.
