Bloomfield is about to welcome a vibrant new restaurant to its culinary scene with the grand opening of Bacchanal Junction, a reimagined Caribbean restaurant and bar poised to deliver an unforgettable dining experience. The Grand Opening is scheduled for Friday, March 22nd.

The menu reflects a fusion of Caribbean culinary traditions with modern flair, showcasing the diverse influences that have shaped the region’s cuisine over centuries. Guests can expect an array of mouthwatering dishes like Shark Bites, Jerk Salmon, and Stewed Kingfish with Creole Sauce. Island-style drinks like the Hibiscus Buccaneer and the Caribbean Kiss Pisco Sour are among the many exotic cocktails guests can anticipate.

The restaurant is a passion project fueled by the dynamic duo behind it: Parris and Tristan Jordan. Parris Jordan, a seasoned hospitality expert with a storied career in consulting and hotel development, brings his wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table.

As the Managing Director at HVS, Parris has spearheaded projects totaling over $20 billion in value, including iconic Caribbean destinations such as Atlantis and The Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman. His vision for Bacchanal Junction is rooted in a deep understanding of the region’s culinary landscape and a commitment to delivering excellence.

Joining Parris is his son, Tristan Jordan, whose journey in the hospitality industry has been shaped by a lifelong passion for Caribbean culture and cuisine. Armed with a degree in Hotel & Tourism Management from New York University and hands-on experience in asset management, Tristan brings a fresh perspective and a dedication to quality that is sure to elevate the Bacchanal Junction experience.
