Jian Nan is a new restaurant expanding soon to Fort Lee.

It’s replacing Factory Ale House (formerly New York Wing Factory) on Schlosser Street.

The eatery will offer Chinese fusion cuisine as they have a location in Flushing, Queens — which received a Bib Gourmand Award from the Michelin Guide (Read Profile).

According to the restaurant’s website they provide “indulgent and comforting dining experiences featuring the best of Chinese fusion flavors from each region of China”, while the Michelin Guide says the business “delivers hits from all regions of China”.

The menu (View Menu) includes dishes like snacks, chef specialties, appetizers, soups, hose specials, grilled fish, entreees and more along with the “house signature” Peking duck.

They have nine locations total as listed on their website, including ones in Montclair and Jersey City.

No word yet on an opening date.
