Austin Cho Kitchen Coming Soon to Hackensack
Rob Cho of Kimchi Smoke BBQ shared his next plan for his business.
He’s launching a new eatery named Austin Cho Kitchen later this year.
It’s replacing Simply Stix at the storefront at 163B Main Street in Hackensack.
He described the “takeout-only” spot will be a “fully equipped stationary food truck”.
No specifics are available yet on the menu or the opening date.
