USA Today recently shared their list of Restaurants of the Year 2024 (Read Story).

These weren’t “places you would find on your average roundup of best restaurants”.

They are “buzzy Instagram-worthy spots”, places “backed by award-winning chefs” and “tried-and-true” standbys in various small towns among other types of eateries.

In New Jersey there were a few among the 47 picks, including one in Bergen County.

Sushi by Sea was the choice, which open in the second half of 2022.

The invite-only speakeasy keeps it’s location a secret, serving a multi-course omakase menu in it’s cozy 12 seat digs.
