Pinstripes, the experiential dining and entertainment destination, has opened at Garden State Plaza.

This is the brand’s first New Jersey location, featuring a full-service bistro that serves chef-driven Italian-American cuisine and handcrafted cocktails – along with thirteen bowling lanes, three bocce courts and three private event spaces for groups of up to 1,000 people.

Occupying thirty-one thousand square feet of dining and gaming across two floors, their 107-seat bistro offers a menu with seasonal entrées, curated wine list, local beers and craft cocktails.

In addition to booths and tables surrounding the bar, the space features a 137-seat, 2000+ square-foot patio.

The menu of made-from-scratch recipes is conceptualized by Chief Culinary Officer Cesar Gutierrez and Executive Chef Douglas Geraghty.

It features house-made Italian-American classics along with a rotating seasonal specialties prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

Pinstripes’ eats plates are designed to pair with its wine list and other adult-beverage options.

The location also offers its Pintastic Weekend Brunch Buffet on the weekend featuring sweet and savory dishes plus bottomless mimosas and Aperol spritzes.

Its currently open seven days a week.
