Sierra Coffee is a new cafe that opened late last year in Lyndhurst.

The minimalist-industrial shop offers items for sale in-store and also online.

Ownership is a mother/daughter team – one is a civil engineer, the other holds an MBA in Business Analytics.

The menu (View Menu) includes coffee, tea, and a number of baked goods.

All coffee is single-origin from Honduras, which they import and roast it in-house.

They have four blends: Signature Blend, Espresso, Specialty Blend and Drip coffee blend – as well as a variety of microlot and nanolot coffee (smaller farms or smaller production).

There are about 11 seats in the approximate two thousand sqwuare foot space.

It’s currently open seven days a week.
