Salad House, the chain that specializes in freshly-prepared salad, sandwich and wraps, has opened in Rutherford.

In addition to the opening, the brand was recently named one of The 10 Best Salad Chains in America (Read Story).

With locations already in nearby Englewood, Hackensack and Ridgewood — their expansion continued with this fourth Bergen County storefront.

The menu (View Menu) allows customers to pick from pre-configured salads, wraps, and more — plus the ability to create their own.

Customers can choose their “bed” (lettuce, rice, quinoa, etc), toss-ins (vegetables, seeds, eggs, fruits, etc), extras (chicken, pasture-raised steak, cheese, avocado, bacon, etc) and more.

Dishes can them be finished and topped with a large selection of salad dressings.

It’s currently open seven days a week for lunch and dinner.
