Gusto Wood Fired Pizza Kitchen is a new restaurant coming soon to East Rutherford.

Ownership is no stranger to the restaurant business, with a background in managing and operating restaurants and “extensive experience” creating menus and “ensuring exceptional service”.

Opening this restaurant for them is all about “creating a spot where folks can enjoy tasty Italian comfort dishes & awesome pizza made with the freshest ingredients along with the “love of good food and bringing people together”.

The restaurant aims to offer a “dose of Italian comfort in a laid-back casual setting” whether it’s friends, family, business associates for meals or private events.

They’re primarily focused on casual Italian American comfort food featuring appetizers,salads, Wood Fired Pizza, sandwiches, pasta, entrees & desserts with rotating specials.

Lunch and dinner is expected in the space that holds approximately 110 perople in the main dining room and a private event room for approximately 50-60.

Once opertaing expect the restaurant to be open 7 days a week.

Ownership is looking to complete a renovation of the space by end of February and open sometime in early March.
