Pinstripes Opening in Paramus Sometime Next Month

Pinstripes, the acclaimed experiential dining and entertainment destination, has announced that it will open at the Westfield Garden State Plaza shopping center in Paramus on February 16th.

The brand’s first New Jersey location will feature a full-service bistro serving chef-driven Italian-American cuisine and handcrafted cocktails, 13 bowling lanes, three bocce courts and three private event spaces for groups of up to 1,000 people.

“Pinstripes will bring more than 30,000 square feet of sophisticated fun to Westfield Garden State Plaza and will provide Paramus residents and visitors with a fantastic new destination to dine, play and celebrate with friends and family,” said Pinstripes founder and CEO Dale Schwartz. “We’re excited to welcome our first guests in New Jersey to experience a modern twist on dining, entertainment and events.”

Occupying 31k+ square feet of dining and gaming across two floors, Pinstripes Paramus’ ground-floor 107-seat bistro features a menu with seasonal entrées, curated wine list, local beers and craft cocktails.

In addition to booths and tables surrounding the bar, the space features a 137-seat, 2,044-square-foot patio.

The menu of made-from-scratch recipes, conceptualized by Chief Culinary Officer Cesar Gutierrez and Executive Chef Douglas Geraghty, features house-made Italian-American classics, including rotating seasonal specialties prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Pinstripes’ eats plates pair with its wine list, craft beer selection and handcrafted cocktails.

Pinstripes Paramus will offer its Pintastic Weekend Brunch Buffet every Saturday and Sunday featuring sweet and savory dishes. On both days, guests can also enjoy bottomless mimosas and Aperol spritzes.

Once in operation, Pinstripes will be open seven days a week.
