ROKA, a new restaurant and bar, has soft opened in Piermont.

Ownership pretty much “grew up” in the industry, as their father has had bars and restaurants since they were a young child – this restaurant and this concept has always been something that they wanted to do.

They put together a team over 6 months, working “hard and effortlessly” on everything from the drinks, food, and ambiance. The chefs have a “tremendous and very extensive history” working in some of the “best restaurants in NYC and in NJ”.

The restaurant concept is supposed to be “new, fun, and classy”, while at the same time place a “big emphasis on the small details”.

Expect a new American menu, where guests can expect a modern twist on old classics along with fusion foods “bringing the best from different parts of the world all together combined to make one”.

The freshness and quality of the ingredients are shared as “the finest freshest highest” – which includes protein sources, produce, dairy… each ingredient in stock has been “carefully and diligently sought after”.half of us.

They will be open for lunch and for dinner plus late night for cocktails, wine, beer drinks in general.
