Food Lab is a new restaurant now open in Ridgefield Park.
The restaurant is a “celebration of diverse flavors” all under the banner of “International Food”.
They’ve created a menu that “transcends borders” and offers a “fusion of Asian delicacies” along with “classic comfort foods”.
The menu (View Menu) includes items like burgers, ramen, katsu, teriyaki, fried chicken, dumplings and more.
They are currently open seven days a week.
