Emma is a new restaurant and bar now open in Hackensack.

It began in Englewood (2015) as Emma Restaurant and evolved into Emma Bistro in Edgewater (2019).

It’s now found a home on Main Street in Hackensack — at the former Cap’s on Main space.

The menu (see below) is “Argentinian American fusion” with “a lot of international influence”.

There’s also a fully developed cocktail, beer, and wine list.

Dinner service is available, with brunch coming soon.

It’s currently open six days a week (closed Mondays).
