Mi Rancho Coming Soon to Hillsdale
As previously reported last year, the former Stickey’s BBQ location will become a BYO eatery named Mi Rancho Loco.
The Mexican Colombian Restaurant will eventually offer lunch on weekdays and dinner seven days a week.
Brunch is planned for the weekends as if live traditional music and mariachi.
There will be seating for almost one hundred guests and an open kitchen.
Ownership expects to soft open the restaurant some time in early January.
