Sushi Bar Launches at De Novo in Montclair
De Novo in Montclair has recently revealed the addition of a new sushi bar.
The new endeavor, will be headed by chef Kenny Mar, who previously worked at Daikichi.
Daikichi closed this summer, the local institution has been serving the community for 35 years.
De Novo has included a number of rolls to their menu, though the full sushi experience will only be offered for takeout – available to order online, also a first for De Novo.
