Farm to Table Diner Announces Opening in Closter

Country MKT Diner, a new farm-to-table restaurant “revolutionizing the classic American diner”, has announced its upcoming opening.

Located in Closter, it’s owned and operated by local entrepreneur and resident Corey Hennig, who promises to bring the “freshest, locally-sourced ingredients to the plates of discerning food enthusiasts, all while providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere for the community”.

The menu is being curated and executed by Eusebio Cabrera, the former executive chef from Josie’s (NYC), will feature a selection of dishes that showcase the region’s agriculture.

They also announced a strategic partnership with Pastami Queen (Website) from NYC, giving guests the ability to savor their official pastrami in Jersey.

The diner’s interior has been designed to reflect its farm-to-table philosophy, with an “inviting décor and a welcoming ambiance” designed to make “every guest feel at home” — spanning 2,400 square feet with approximately 98 seats.

A grand opening has been scheduled for Sunday, November 19th.
