Country MKT Diner in Closter Shares Menu And Opening Date

Country MKT Diner, the new farm-to-table restaurant “revolutionizing the classic American diner”, has announced its opening date and a proposed menu.

Located in Closter, it’s owned and operated by local entrepreneur and resident Corey Hennig, who promises to bring the “freshest, locally-sourced ingredients to the plates of discerning food enthusiasts, all while providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere for the community”.

The menu (see below) is being curated and executed by Eusebio Cabrera, the former executive chef from Josie’s (NYC), will feature a selection of dishes that showcase the region’s agriculture — ownership says the menu currently being shared may change before opening.

A grand opening has been scheduled for Monday, January 22nd.
