Bergen County Eateries Dominate Best Hot Pot List

The folks over at NJ.com have shared their list of New Jersey’s 14 greatest hot pot restaurants, ranked (Read Article).

Hot pot, for those uninitiated (its also called shabu-shabu), features meats that you cook at the table in a bowl of broth.

The exact way the ranking was determined was not specifically shared.

Of the fourteen on the list, eight (more than half) were located in Bergen County — including two in Fort Lee and two in Palisades Park.

The number one overall was Garden Shabu in Little Ferry, which included the “biggest sauce station” and got high marks for it’s “thinly sliced ribeye”.
