The Blended Bistro in Cliffside Park has recently launched online ordering as part of the Boozy Burbs marketing platform (Visit Ordering Site).

Located at 442 Anderson Avenue, owner Maddy Camacho calls her eatery a “warm cozy bistro blending Cuban and Creole food”.

Menu highlights include:

• TBB Cuban Sandwich – House slow roasted pernil, ham, Swiss cheese, pickles, yellow mustard — served with chicharitas (homemade plantain chips)
• A selection of delectable house made empanadas
• Pernil with choice of sides

Launched in 2023, the Boozy Burbs online ordering system offers restaurants and customers advantages beyond traditional third party offerings.

Restaurants are not held to the typical large commission fees (sometimes as high as 30%) and have full access to guest information to provide their customers with timely marketing in the future.

Customers are also able to order from their favorites, knowing that many of these family owned and operated businesses are benefiting from less fees — helping with their long term viability and strengthening commerce in their local business districts.
