Zaffron Bloom is a new restaurant in Hasbrouck Heights.

With more than 10 years of experience in catering, ownership of the family-owned business worked for years in the hopes of opening their own restaurant.

The parents are responsible for the day-to-day operations, with help from their two daughters who work the front of house.

It’s a menu of Persian Cuisine/Homestyle “Middleterranean Cuisine” (View Menu).

And they are serving lunch and dinner.

There aree 30 seats in-house and with about 200 square feet ― there a plans of opening a marketplace next door where they’ll offer Persian goods and groceries along with quick service bites (ie dips and salads on the go).

Currently they are open five days a week (closed Sunday-Monday).
