Shoo Loong Kan is Headed to Fort Lee

Shoo Loong Kan is a new restaurant coming soon to New Jersey.

The hot pot restaurant is named after a place in the Shapingba district in Chongqing (China) which has a mountainous region that resembles a dragon.

Shoo Loong Kan itself was established in 2014 and originated from Sichuan — the brand has opened 1,000 outlets worldwide by 2020.

They have signage up at Hudson Lights in Fort Lee, with a number of storefronts across the US including NYC.

They are dedicated to providing customers with hot pot soup bases featuring “genuine flavors, fresh and healthy ingredients”.

Due to its “strictness”, the ingredients used in Shoo Loong Kan Hotpot are all screened thoroughly, and only the “highest quality of ingredients are selected”.

No word yet on an opening date.
