Local Cuban Restaurant Expanding to Paramus
Cuban Eddie’s, the mini chain of Cuban restaurants, will open an additional location in the area.
It’s expected at Paramus Park, located upstairs in the mall’s food court.
They serve a menu (View Menu) of the “tropical tastes of Cuba” the brand has been known for.
Including a mix of meats, seafood, sandwiches, Cuban “burritos”, salads, soups and more.
This would be in addition to their shops in River Vale and Dumont.
No word yet on an opening date.
