Philly Pretzel Factory is coming soon to Allendale.

The lease was announced by Azarian Realty Co, which brings the Allendale Town Center to 100% occupancy — Kevin Pelio of Azarian Realty Co. represented both the landlord and the tenant in the transaction.

Allendale Town Center is a 90,000 square foot shopping center, that includes Dairy Queen, Primo Hoagies, and Poke Time — Philly Pretzel Factory has leased the final 1,254 square feet of space at the center.

The brand has approximately 170 existing locations, primarily in the Northeast — they have one other Bergen County location in Hasbrouck Heights (it opened back in 2018).

Their menu (View Menu) includes hand twisted, freshly baked pretzels, as well as various party trays, pretzel dogs, dips, and other specialty pretzel-based items.

No details have been shared on a potential opening date.
