According to applications made sometime last month in town, a new business appears to be looking to open in Palisades Park at 343 Bergen Boulevard.

Formerly the home of Mesón Madrid, ownership is proposing a micro-brewery at the location.

In addition, this brewery would be in operation in conjunction with a restaurant at the space as well.

This would be the first micro-brewery in Palisades Park — there are currently six Bergen County breweries in operation according to New Jersey Craft Beer (See List).

No other information is currently available, though it appears the current working name of the business is Paiksool Brewery.
