Crespo is a new spot now open in New Milford.
Ownership has been in the restaurant business for 30+ years, they currently own Roman Pizza Restaurant – also in New Milford.
The concept is a Hookah restaurant lounge with light food fare.
Deep house music with a mix of old school hip hop will be played during hours of operation later into the night.
There are 40 seats with a lounge area in the back which consists of outdoor couches with low tables.
They are currently open five days (Wednesday-Sunday) a week.
