Emma has had some history in North Jersey.

The restaurant opened along Palisade Avenue in Englewood (as Emma Restaurant) back in 2015.

It later moved to Edgewater (as Emma Bistro) in early 2020.

The latest incarnation is coming soon to Hackensack, dubbed “Emma at Cap’s On Main” – revealing it’s location/address – Caps on Main was previously Caps Diner that opened in late 2020.

Billed as a “new dining experience”, this time around in addition to the “same menu” previously, there will be a “full bar” that includes “unique, craft cocktails”.

They are currently working on “cosmetic stuff” at the space, but are looking to open sometime in October.
