Yelp has published an article titled “50 states, 50 cheeseburgers to sink your teeth into” (Read Full Story).

Regardless of preference, there’s “nothing more delightful than a perfectly cooked burger” according to the post.

The list was culled by identifying businesses in the food and restaurant category on Yelp, with a large concentration of reviews mentioning cheeseburger.

Those were then ranked by the total volume and ratings of reviews mentioning the dish from January thru July in 2023.

For New Jersey the pick was Marty’s in Fort Lee.

The burger-centric spot opened in the second half of 2020 — it was privately one of our picks for best new restaurant that year — and has since opened a second location in Jersey City.
