Shokudo Ramen & Sushi has opened in Paramus.
It’s aiming to offer a “culinary journey that celebrates the authentic flavors Of Japan”.
While guests are encouraged to “discover the art Of ramen”.
The menu (View Menu) many different styles of ramen (pork, chicken), sushi, and rolls along with apps, curry platters, desserts and more.
There’s also a section of “omakase platters” for both sushi and sashimi.
It’s currently open seven days a week
