Fat Choy, the vegan Chinese restaurant, has opened in Englewood.

The business is under the leadership of Jon Krieger (CEO of Cure Companies) and Chef Justin Lee, who ran the original Fat Choy in the Lower East Side.

Eater itself said that “ambitious” restaurant “ushered in a new era of Chinese food” (Read Story).

The menu (View Menu) includes items like Mushroom Sloppy (Joes) and and General Lee’s Cauliflower.

It’s open at 52 East Palisades Avenue, which was reported here first to be home for a Kosher food hall (Read Story).

It’s currently open six days a week (closed Mondays).
