Bon, offering Korean and Japanese fare (in particular omakase), is opening on August 19th.

They have done a complete gut of the space that formerly housed It’s Greek to Me and George’s Grill.

As far as the food, it will be as mentioned: Korean & Japanese.

Expect a “traditional” Korean menu, that will be “distinctly” Korean with a focus on jungsik.

Sushi is the focus of a sushi bar that will be reservation-based offering omakase.

There will also be a la carte and menu items that are “familiar” Japanese sushi spots.

It’s also been stressed that this will not be a fusion restaurant and plans are also in the works for an “Asian-inspired brunch”.
