My Salad, the restaurant business is Wayne, is expandin to Bergen County.
Their new shop is planned for Lyndhurst on Valley Brook Avenue.
It’s dubbed a “New Generation Salad Bar” and includes a menu (View Menu) salads, warm bowls, wraps, toasts, soups, smothies, smoothie bowls fresh juice and more.
No word yet on an opening date.
