Le Carre, the “authentic French bakery and cafe”, has opened in Hillsdale.
Chef Raphael spent some time to share details about the business, with more details yet to come.
The menu features typical patisserie fare (croissant, macarons, etc) items plus boulangerie items (bread) along with coffee and more.
He’s crafting different items using imported butter and flour — using techniques he’s learned over the course of his career.
It’s currently open five days a week (closed Mondays and Tuesdays)
