French Bakery and Cafe Opening This Week in Hillsdale
Le Carre, the “authentic French bakery and cafe”, is opening this week in Hillsdale.
Chef Raphael spent some time to share details about the business, with more details yet to come.
The menu will feature typical patisserie (croissant, macarons, etc) items, boulangerie (bread) items along with coffee and more.
He’s crafting different items using imported butter and flour – using techniques he’s learned over the course of his career.
Chef has announced a soft opening for this Friday, June 16th.
