Ridgefield’s newest Korean restaurant is Karden, which held its soft-opening about a month ago.

Located at 630 Broad Avenue, the restaurant serves traditional Korean cuisine with modern culinary technique and aims for an elevated dining experience.

Delivering “fresh ingredients and deep flavors,” expect a mix popular Korean ban-sang (meal plates with side dishes) and shareable K-Tapas with offerings like yukgaejang ramen and shredded potato pancakes with truffle sauce and grana Padano cheese among the offerings.

There is also a menu for craft cocktails, and according to the restaurant, it’s also the first in NJ to offer the new low-alcohol WON Soju, which is made with traditional distilled Soju with 100% wonju premium rice.

It’s currently open for lunch and dinner six days (close Mondays) a week.
