F1RST INC is a fine dining eclectic New American restaurant owned by a CIA graduate.
Servers:
Servers are the ambassador to the customers to the restaurant.
Responsibilities:
Greeting customers at the table
Providing detailed information about the menu, including daily specials
Taking all orders including beverage and kitchen orders and placement of orders via POS system
Serving food and drinks accurately and confidently
Assist the bussers with cleaning and re-setting tables upon customer’s departure
Always providing an exceptional level of customer service to guests

Bussers: The busser assists the servers in the in the dining room
Responsibilities:
Asks the customers on the preference of water type: still, sparkling, tap water
Responsible for handling of bread, butter, and olive oil for guests
Presents bread service to the customers once the tables have ordered
Setting of seasonings to the tables and delivering any condiments to guests upon request
Assists the servers in food service and table maintenance of serving and clearing of dishes, flatware, and glasses
