Effin Egg (Website), the breakfast sandwich restaurant, has announced a “massive expansion” in New Jersey (Read Story).

After a launch in Morristown earlier this month, they’ve expanded with the current franchisees to open 8-10 more locations in the Garden State.

Founded in 2019, the chain offers breakfast sandwiches, tacos, and burritos — served all day with everything made to order.

Quality is highlight by the brand — including use of ingredients and touches like sauces that are prepared daily.

The Morristown shop added a “Dirty Jersey” sandwich, using Taylor Ham as it’s breakfast meat.

Unfortunately there’s no word yet on these potential Jersey locations for the brand.
