Juicy Platters, the local halal platters chain, has opened in Paramus. What began in Fair Lawn — and now also in Hackensack and Harrison — will open a new restaurant in Paramus. The platter chain offers a menu (View Menu) of “fresh halal food”, where customers create their own platters, salads, pitas and wraps. Proteins include falafel, beef gyro, and chicken along with rice, salad and numerous toppings and sauce. It’s taken two thousand square feet at the shopping center that includes Gregory Coffee on Route 17 South. There are currently operating hours seven days a week.
