Gong Cha, the international bubble tea chain, is has plans for another Bergen location in Old Tappan.

They serve a menu (View Menu) of many different bubble tea, milk tea, tea latte, and slush flavors/varieties.

Their specialty is fresh brewed tea, which they claim is a big difference citing the use of powdered tea at many competitors.

The tea itself is brewed every four hours, they cook the pearl bubbles every four hours, and source all their tea directly from Taiwan.

They also operate locally in Closter, Englewood, Fort Lee, Hackensack, New Milford, Palisades Park, Paramus (Garden State Plaza), Ridgefield and Ridgewood.

No word on a potential opening date.
