Chipotle will open their latest Bergen location in Hillsdale this week.

Plans have moved along since it was first reported (by Boozy Burbs) back in late 2021.

The chain built their new space to spec at the home of the shuttered Friendlys location in town.

Though originally there was word on a drive thru (Chipotlane), it appears this storefront has dedicated pickup parking spots.

Of course the brand is well known for their menu of burritos, tacos, quesadillas (online only) and bowls — filled with proteins like steak, barbacao, cartnitas, veggies and chicken — along with their six ingredient guacamole.

It’s currently slated to open this Wednesday 3/29.
