CAVA, the Mediterranean fast casual chain, is aiming to open another Bergen County location in Edgewater.

The brand currently has stores in Paramus at Bergen Town Center and on Route 17 in Ramsey.

They serve a menu (View Menu) of customizable meals where diners choose a base (salad, pita, grain bowl, etc) dips (hummus, feta, etc), protein (falafel, beef, chicken, lamb), then toppings and dressing.

Originally word was plans for a location at Edgewater Towne Center, but it now appears it’s coming to Edgewater Commons in the space formerly occupying Brooklyn Pizza.

There are currently no other specifics available.
