Brother’s Smokehouse, the bbq restaurant and bar, is opened a new location nearby.

This is the third location for ownership — one is in Ramsey (open since August 2020), the other is in New Windsor, NY — it will be located at Palisades Center in West Nyack.

The business aims on “staying true” to BBQ where “meat is the star”, the menu is Southern barbecue with specific influences from both North Carolina (the family hails from the outerbanks of North Carolina) and Texas.

Meat will be cooked in smokers that run 24/7, featuring chicken, brisket, sausage, ribs, pulled pork, and chopped pork.

Additional eats include soul food-influenced sides and entrees — wings (they do them 3 ways) are prepared from never frozen chicken and are freshly cooked to order then tossed in homemade sauce, mac and cheese, burgers, fried chicken, shrimp & grits, cheesesteaks, and fries are among some of the choices.

There is also a full bar with craft beer, wine, bourbon selection and more.

No word yet on an opening date.
