Opening Alert: The Barista’s Touch, Hillsdale, NJ
The Barista’s Touch, a new coffee shop/cafe, has opened in Hillsdale.
Ownership is bringing their experience from behind the cafe counter (most recently Erie in Rutherford), hence the name The Barista’s Touch.
There is a traditional coffee menu, along with a European style coffee — like Cappuccino freddo and frappes.
This includes the use of “quality equipment” produced in Greece to make it more “authentic”.
It’s currently open Tuesday thru Saturday.
