Gyuzo is a new restaurant coming soon to Palisades Center in West Nyack.

The yakiniku (Japanese BBQ) spot is branded as “traditional Japanese BBQ with a modern twist” and this is their second location – the first is in Rockville Center, MD.

Focusing on grilled meat with a focus on imported beef, this includes using A5 Japanese Wagyu beef that is hand cut by their chefs.

In addition to the yakiniku, the menu (View Dinner Menu) also includes appetizers, salads, rice, noodles, and more. There’s also a full sushi menu along with multiple course yakiniku menus available.

A bar menu features a variety of Japanese beer and Japanese sake.
