Sofia’s Feast (Website – pastas & meals to go) and Baked With Love (Website – a micro-bakery) have joined forces to create a new brand named Flours Pasta & Bakeshop.

Owners Sofia and Abigail have closed shop on their individual businesses to move a ahead with a brick-and-mortar location in Nyack.

The two met at a farmers market a few years ago and realized that had alot in common: a similar ethos to offer their community wholesome, honest food.

In their effort to making Flours a reality, they’ve launched a Kickstarter campaign (View Campaign) to assist in securing a lease, purchasing equipment, and operating costs for their first few months (ie. proper employee compensation).

Flours Pasta & Bakeshop will serve as their production kitchen for farmer’s markets, a grab-and-go cafe and a one-stop shop of local, small business artisanal provisions.

Flours will also offer in-store cooking workshops, custom catering and wedding cakes.
