Jarana, the previously reported Peruvian restaurant, is getting closer to opening at the American Dream.

It’s run by Acurio Restaurantes, who’s mission is to serve “the best authentic Peruvian food and beverages in a fun and comfortable environment”.

They currently operate 70+ restaurants and concepts that capture “the Peruvian experience in the US, South America, Europe, and the middle east”.

Details say it’s a “place where friends and family casually come together to share delicious dishes, crave worthy cocktails and engaging experiences”.
