North Jersey Pizza Joint is One You Need to Try
The folks over at Thrillist have shared The 28 American Pizza Joints You Need to Try Right Now (Read Full List).
Though they admit these lists can be subjective, all the pizza on the list is “very different” but each pizzeria “can make one helluva pie”.
One pizzeria from New Jersey made the list, Razza in Jersey City.
With a “beautiful wood-burning oven” they make “food that tastes as good as humanly possible” including pies that are “perfectly crisp with a tender, flavorful crumb and crave-worthy toppings”.
