Krispy Krunchy Chicken, the fast food fried chicken chain, is opening a new location in Ridgefield Park.

This would be the third spot in Bergen County according to their website – also in Fairview and Teaneck.

Established in 1989 and with 2500+ locations now in operation, the brand features a menu (View Menu) of Cajun-style chicken, sides (like jamabalaya, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, honey butter biscuits), fried fish, and breakfast.

They use pre-marinated, flavor-injected chicken with Louisiana-style menu items are delivered fresh and never frozen according to their website.

No word yet on an opening date.
