Opening Alert: Kantina, Sparkill, NY
Kantina, the latest restaurant from chef Chris Holland, has opened in Sparkill.
Dubbed an “Asian inspired takoria and cocktail bar”, Holland previously was the chef at DVine Bar – Kantina has replaced DVine – he decided to close, revamp and come back as a new concept.
The “3-time Chopped champion” is serving a menu (View Menu) featuring small plates, dumplings, tacos and more.
It’s currently open Tuesday thru Saturday for dinner from 5:00pm till 10:00pm
