November Opening Planned for Tokyo Noodle Shop in North Jersey

Tsujita, a Tokyo-based ramen business, will be coming cross country for a new location in Fort Lee.

This endeavor encompasses a large group of restaurants operating in Los Angeles for at least a decade, the “Tsujita family” includes spots like Sushi Tsujita, Tsujita & Co, and Killer Noodle.

Their menu specialty is tsukemen, or dip noodles, where the noodles and soup are served separately. This dish itself originated in Tokyo — Tsujita’s broth is cooked for over 30 hours prior to serving.
